Chair Royale Terms of Service

1. Account and age

The Android alpha distributed through Google Play is exclusively for people aged 18 or older. This participation requirement takes precedence over the service's general minimum age. Any future expansion of the audience requires updated terms and applicable availability.

Playing requires a username and password. Protect your credentials and report unauthorized access. The minimum age is 13, or a higher age required by law or the applicable rating in your territory. Obtain your legal representative's authorization where required. Availability and ratings may vary by country.

2. Purchases and virtual resources

Chair Royale is free to play with optional purchases. Tacks may be earned or purchased. Gold and Screws come from activities and rewards; paid content and benefits can accelerate progression. We do not describe purchases as exclusively cosmetic.

The Premium Starter Pass s1 has no expiration and is not an automatically renewing subscription. The new Welcome Pack contains 500 Tacks and a skin, once per account during the window shown in the game. Receipts for the previous version retain their promised contents, including 300 gold. An offer must be available and display its price before purchase is enabled.

Virtual currencies and items are usable only within the game: they cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for real money, external goods or services. This does not remove legal rights to purchase refunds.

Apple, Google Play or Paddle process purchases depending on the channel. Review the amount, currency, taxes and content at purchase confirmation. RevenueCat manages purchase information. Contact support for failed or delayed delivery; do not pay again to resolve the problem. See pricing and refunds.

3. Chance and Blackjack

The game includes random rewards and Blackjack with virtual prizes. You may lose the resources you risk in that minigame. Tacks cannot be wagered and prizes cannot be cashed out. No particular win or random reward outcome is promised. Simulated gambling may require a higher rating or territorial restrictions even without cash prizes.

4. Conduct and moderation

Do not cheat, use abusive automation or exploit bugs for unintended advantages. Do not harass, threaten or discriminate, or attempt to access other people's accounts or restricted systems. We may take proportionate measures, including suspension, for violations. Contact us to request review of a measure.

5. Availability and changes

The game requires connectivity and may be interrupted by maintenance or failures. Content and balance changes must respect applicable obligations and rights relating to earlier purchases. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If the service changes or ends, we will address notices and remedies required by law.

6. Intellectual property

Code, artwork, audio, brands and other elements are subject to their respective holders' rights. Using the game does not transfer those rights. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

7. Rights, liability and governing law

Nothing excludes guarantees, remedies or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Chilean law applies without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections or complaint routes available in your place of residence.
